Taking pocket knife, safe to take subway in Beijing?

Hello, I have two questions.
1) I know I can't cary a pocket knife (or can I ?), but how is it with some other things that tourists usually have in their suitcases? I mean namely nail scissors and razor blade.

2) Can I take photos/videos in the subway?

Thanks
