About:Marriage Registration in China

married man can marry Chinese girl?

I'm married and now I've Chinese friend who want to be my wife. She know I'm married and my passport have my spouse name. As a Muslim I've no problem to marriage one more. But worried about her. Is we can get marriage registration in mainland PRC? I've own business and home here. My visa is Z from my own company running in mainland. I need help to solve this if any expert comments having solution please share.

No, you can not marrie a chinese woman if you 're already marrie. Only 1 man + 1 woman is the limit in China (for chinese citizens)

No, persons who have been married previously must submit authentic and valid documents of final divorce or ex-spouse's death certificate if widowed if you want to get married with a Chinese.
