About:Embassy & Consulates of Ukraine in China

Hi I'm Ukrainian I just lost my passport and I want to know can i make new one in Beijing or not??

Yes, sure. But you should report your passport loss to the local Police station and get the police report/Lose of Passport Claim. With this report, you can apply for passport replacement from your embassy in Beijing.
