About:China Postal Service

Where is my package? NULL status

I read in his page that NULL means "START SHIPMENT", but Where is my package from China? my tracking nº is RB354073931CN.
Where do i have to call to know where is it and when it arrives? or where to look for? Could you help me, pls?
