2 days trip between shenzhenhong kong

Question

Hi, i'm planning to go to SZ from HK on January with my brother and parents, how much is the subway ticket from HK to SZ and vise versa?And where can I see the timetable of the subway operation time cause I'm planning to stay in HK.I mean the earliest slot from HK to SZ and the latest slot from SZ to HK.How long is it takes for the subway to reach SZ from HK?Thanks in advance.

There is no subway system that connects the two cities directly. Generally, you need to take the East Rail Line of HK MTR to reach Lo Wu Station. There you need to pass the border to reach Luohu in SZ. The timetable of the East Rail Line can be seen on the official website of the HK MTR. The price of taking East Rail Line depends on where do you start your journey. In general, it takes about 50 minutes from Tsim Sha Tsui area to reach Lo Wu.
