What good and english speaking hospitals are near Wang Jing hospital in Beijing

My father recently had a stroke and got admitted into Wang Jiang hospital. I flew in from the US but can't understand whar the doctors are saying. My father is stable now and got transferred to a different floor where they are going to administer acupuncture and Chinese medicine for the duration of his stay there but the conditions of the room are horrible so I need and want to have him transferred but don't know where to. Please help.
