About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

I'm a Filipino seaman and i will sign off in shanghai. do i need to get visa?

we are on the shipyard here in shanghai and i will sign off and go back to the Philippines.

I am confused about your question. If you are now in Shanghai, you should have a valid Chinese visa in your passport, right? if yes, you can use it to go back to philippines.
