can i know the wheather at this time. does snow start dropping? .  If yes, what should i wear.  Is it ok to travel during winter?  Any snow storm during winter?

It is cold and dry in BJ. It is hard to tell whether the snow start dropping or not. According to the previous records, snow began to drop.It is suggested to wear your thich sweaters and down jackets. No snow storm will happy during winter.
