How long does the option 2 bus take to Jinshanling

If we take the bus from Dongzhimen to Miyun and then onwards to the great wall, about how long will this take in total from Beijing to JSL? How often does the bus run (interval time between buses)? When is the first and last bus? Do you know how much it will cost?
