About:Chinese Embassy in Australia

do i need one or 2 visas?

We will be flying to Amsterdam via China. Will stop in Beijing for a week. Arrive in Beijing 30/07/2013 and leave for Amsterdam 6/08/2013 . Then on the way back we arrive in Guangzhou on the 10/09/2013 and will leave 12/09/2013.
