We arrive at 9pm from Jhb + must change money. will the bank be open after bag collect?

The Bank of China operates from 09:00 to 17:00 in T3, so I do not think you can change your money there. In T3, I think you can find HSBC united Currency Exchange and ICE Currency Exchange spots, which are open 24 hours, so I think you can change your money there.
