how do i get the visa through a travel agency?

Hi, I'm a Swedish passport holder, I'm in Tokyo over the summer for an internship but I would like to go for a weekend to Shanghai in August. Which agency shall I contact and how does it work etc?Thanks

Hi, I remember there was one beside the Chinese embassy in Tokyo. But if possible, you can visit the embassy directly for the list of agencies appointed.
