Guangzhou & Shanghai visits

Hello,
I am a Hungarian citizen living in the USA, also with a residence in Budapest. I will be in Budapest on 17 July and wish to obtain a visa for China on a same day basis. I will be flying from Seoul, Korea to Vancouver, Canada on 5-6 August, with a 20-hour layover in Guangzhou. I wish to tour the city. Then in November I plan to return to Shanghai for tourism. Thus, on 17 July, may I purchase a double entry with same day service for Hft 19.000 ? Thank you.
