I was born in 1980 but I don't know the day and month it was offer August

I am marred and now I am separate Cause we live in deferent country. I want to know if he would get the visa to come here in this year or I can go over there to live with him. His DOB is July 28 1980 but I don't know my date of Birth exactly I know that I was born in 1980 after August
