Can I get a account In any bank in China without living there?

Hello I am frome Saudi Arabia I live in saudia the questions is can I open Bank business account without living there just for businesses and travel

Yes, you can open one with your passport at the counter in the bank at spot. So you can come to open one when you come for visiting China the first time.
