Can you please tell me when we will marry? My birthdate is 9-21-70 and his is 7-15-71. Thank you....

We have been dating for a year. Met as teenagers but reconnected last year.

Give things another year then make a decision. I gather your partner is dragging his/her feet. You must start to guide things in the right direction. Subtle hints and references to how much easier two can live than one might be a start but beware, if your partner has no intention of committing or has maybe had a bad experience before, they may start running.
