My country does not have the 4 season.  I have asthma. I would like to experience snow dropping.  Is it ok for me to visit during winter.

If you have asthma, to be honest, it is not suggested to go to BJ during winter. Winter in BJ is cold and dry, so it may be easier for you to feel uncomfortable. But if you really want to see the snow dropping, you need to get well prepared and go to BJ in the late December.
