About:China Visa Application in UK

Can a foreigner in the UK apply for Chinese Visa from the UK?

I am a Malaysian currently in the UK for business trip. Can I apply from here?

Hi, foreign passport holders should provide the original and a copy of permanent residence or work permit which should be valid for at least half a year for application (except for those who are visa or permit exempt for residing or working in the UK).
