About:China Work Visa

for a Z Working Visa, what are the official upper age limits for men? And are there exceptions?

For men, it should be 65. But as I know, many foreign teachers in universities who are over this age limits. So, this may be an exception. Also, some of them may work on a business F, which is illegal according to Chinese law.
