About:Changsha Weather

My friend and I are planning to go to Changsha around mid Sept. What will the average temperature likely to be?? Also, is Sept in the raining season??

The temperature range is 18C to 34C for the whole month.

Generally, its raining season is from May to Sep. Though, in Sep. you may just meet light rain or shower.
