Can you, please help me to track parcel with tracking number RB694410895CN pleaseee

I bought something in IOFFER and the seller gave me this tracking number RB694410895CN . Im from Chile and when i track the number, the system tells me: 0 items found... I hope that you can help me. Please

You'd better recheck your number 'cause I tried several times and cannot track anything.

The Seller gave me this number... I tell him that perhaps the number is wrong but he didnt answer to me... He have a good qualification and good comments but i cant track the number... I hope the package comes early to me
