About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

hi, i have an x visa (indonesian) and its writen entries " 01".. so can i freely go to Honkong?

Those who hold X type one have to apply for the resident permit when they arrive. They have to get the resident in 30 days. With the resident permit, they can exit and enter China as they wish as long as their resident permit is valid.
