About:Jinan Transportation

I am staying in Jinan on Wed 10 July and need to be at Beijing Capital Airport T3 to catch 10:55am flight to Europe. How can I do that?

To catch the flight, it is suggested to arrive at Beijing one day/night ahead, or it is very hard to travel from JN to PEK in early morning by public transportation.
