How much time embassy will take if I apply urgent visa to attend a 3 days workshop in hong kong.

I am Pakistani by nationality and currently residing nd working in qatar airways. I would like to apply for an urgent one to attend an workshop going on 25-27 June 2013 by aviation security.If I fax and dispatch my documents and application form on 19th June 2013, will i get it back from embassy of Hong Kong by 22nd June 2013.which documents I need to attach with application form and do I need to send money draft or I can pay online as well?
