international transfer in beijing airport

Question

We are a little confussed.  We are international passenagers changing from one Air China flight to another.  What is the proceedure?  Must we collect our luggage?  We come in Wednesday, June 19  on Air China flight 982 arriving at 6:30 p.m. and leaving on Air China flight 179 leaving at 8:00 p.m.  After looking at your site we are not sure we will be able to go through everything in time.  Can you give us a 1,2,3 of what we are to do?

Since you take the flight of the same airline company, it is not needed to collect your luggage.I ithink you need to follow the following steps to make your transfer: 1, Arrival2, Making the transfer procedures3, Taking the Transit Inspection in special passage in the east or west 4, Going to the International Departure Level at 2F of T3-E 5, Security Inspection and customs6, Waiting & BoardingYou have about two hours to make the transfer, of course, you can go through everything in time and you will catch the next flight. Please do not worry about it.
