About:China Work Visa

American chef studying in china applying for Z visa in china

Do have to return to my country to apply for the Z or can it be processed here? A Chinese owned company wants to open an American restaurant here.

Hi, you can try to apply for the work Z in HK, or contact a travel agency for the latest information. Because I heard that from July 1st, 2013 everyone has to apply for Chinese visa in her/his home country.
