About:Year of the Rooster

if this year is not good for investment. Born 25th Sept 1969

I have just bought the new house already, and it is still under construction be complete in 3 year time, so what should I do now ? When is the good time to sell the house ?

Well, as it is under construction by now, you'd better keep on with this house. And I don't think it is a good idea to sell your house.
