About:China Visa Renewal and Extension

can I extend a student X in HK

I am leaving BJ soon and wont have time to extend it here. can I extend mine in Hong Kong (which is my next destination) without having to go through all the trouble of providing health form etc.?

You can try to apply for a new one there if you hold all the required document. Actually, it's not an extension if you exit mainland.
