About:Chinese Embassy in Indonesia

if I want to apply F visa should I need the jw202 or not? (because I will take summer class in Beijing next month.)

Now I'm still waiting the admission notice and jw202 but i'm afraid if the admission will late arrive in here. So can I apply L type first then after I arrive in Beijing I change it to F type? how many the fees that I should pay?

JW202 form isn't needed. But an invitation letter of Duly Authorized Unit" or "Confirmation Letter of Invitation" prescribing the visa validity, number of entries and stay period is needed. It's possible to change a L to F. If you really want to do it, find an agency to help you.

Hi hendrick, X is for students. You should apply for it from Chinese embassy, with the admission letter and application form for study JW202 from the college.
