I was born June 18, 1972. Last few years bad for health and money. Will things get better soon?

Lost job my last couple of jobs due to my many major health issues. I filed and got denied for Social Security. Home about to go into foreclosure. Will I lose my home? Will money or assistance come to pay back people I borrowed from? Will I be able to start working from home and make enough to not stress over money? I'm planning to appeal for Social Security. Will it be approved and without an attorney? Will I remarry and to my boyfriend of 8 years?
