What is the best transportation fr Capital Airport to Beijing Youth hostel at BJ zhanwest street at 2am

what time operation starting for buses or train/subway

Do you refer to BJ City Central Youth Hotel?
If so, it is suggested to take the airport shuttle bus line 2 to reach BJ Railway Station and then walk to reach your hotel easily.
