Transient passenger from USA to Philippines

US-resident family travelling with Philippine passport to Manila, Phils with 14 hrs layover in Beijing. Can we avail of the visa-free tours policy?

Yes, visa is not required for 14 hour stopover, but you are not allowed to leave the airport.
