extend x to f for indonesian

Question

Hi, Ive been living in Bj for almost 5years on a X. and since my current X will expire soon, and wont be studying anymore, so is it possible for me to extend my X to 6months F with multiple entry? I've heard about this but not sure if I could do that, also because of my nationality. Does anyone know something how to do that? Thx before!

I don't think you can get it extended to a business F. You can only get a tourist L for 30 days. Otherwise, you have to exit and apply for a new one from your home country.
