Hi, if you are now in mainland, you can send your application directly to HK Immigration Department, or through a travel agency. You are required to have adequate funds to cover the duration of stay without working, return ticket and hotel bookings are required as well. Basic documents required are your valid passport, application form and photo. Your residence permit in mainland is helpful for application.
