How to get to Victory Star Inn fr PEK-Capital Intl airport?

We are travelling to Beijing in Feb 2014 by Airasia. Our hotel is Victory Star Inn No.68, Zhufang Road, Qinghe District. How can we get to our hotel? Mode and cost of transportation is much appreciated. Also please advice for us to move about to tourists attractions. Thank you.
