About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Just to clarify, travel from Washington DC to Beijing (PEK-Capital airport)on February 15,2017

arriving at 3:40 pm scheduled to leave on February 17, 2017 at 6:50 am for Bangkok (BKK airport) I will be in Beijing about 49 hours, I believe I am eligible for the 72 hour Visa free,
Do you agree?

Actually I will in Beijing for 39 hours not 49 hours
