How to make payment to China company?

I'm a Singporean, staying in Singapore. i wanted to buy things in taobao.com. i also want to buy directly from manufacturers. but how do i make payment? i got alipay. but they don't accept posb/dbs debit card. is there anything like paypal, which is easy to transfer money? my items are cheap.
