About:Shanghai Maglev Train Ticket

Hi I need to travel from Shanghai to the Airport OCT 17 and would like to catch the Maglev train

can I purchase the tickets on the day, or should I buy online - it will be around noon
and I see the price is discounted if you have a current air ticket same day/ who does this work if I pre-book?

The tickets can only be bought at the airport.
Yes, passengers with airplane ticket of the day can enjoy a 20% discount one time for the single trip when buy tickets at the spot.

Thank you for that - however, I am a little confused, I need to catch the train from SH out to the airport? can I do that? Can I purchase ticket at longyang station?

Hi, you cann surely buy the ticket at Longyang Road and take that to the airport.

Iris may mean to tell you the ticket cannot be booked online in advance.
