questions on visa application form

A few questions regarding an application form.1] can the application with proper fees attached be sent by courie and will it be returned by courier?2]i will be on a land and river tour. Will the name of the tour company be used as inviter?3]will the name of the tour company be submiited as the inviter and contact person?

1. According to CVASC in Canada, the applicants should include Credit Card Payment Authorization Form and Terms and Conditions of Service. So I think cash in the mail won't be accepted. 2. You may ask the agency to send you an invitation letter. It's for sure that the agency is your inviter. 3. I have no idea about this.
