urgent medical treatment

what to do ? my sister need a medical treatment in Fuda hospital in Guangzhou for her pancreatic cancer she already have an invitation from Fuda hospital.we are from the philippines.

You need to apply for a L type one with that invitation letter from the Chinese embassy in your country.
