transfer from singapore airline to air china in beijing

I will arrive in the Capital airport at Terminal 3 at 705 am by Singapore airline. I have to take Air China from this airport Terminal 3 from BJ to Ulaanbaatar at 835 am on the same day. 1.Do I need to check out my luggage from Singapore airline plane to check into Air China?2. Do I have enough time for the transfer from Singapore Airline to Air China?
