Holidays in embassy in Finland

I have to leave on 26th June to china and still I am not in Finland. I will be there on 20th June. I am planning to collect the visa on 25th. Will that be possible? I have already bought the ticket.

What are the holidays for the month of June in embassy?

The holiday is Double Fifth (Dragon Boat) Festival. It is June 12. It usually takes four working days to process the application. Are you sure that you can apply on June 20 and get it on June 26?

20th is Thursday 21st Friday 24 Monday and 25 Tuesday so it will be 4 working days.........
Chinese embassy needs 4 working days I hear.
