About:Changbai Mountain

Travel to Changbaishan in Nov

We are from Malaysia and we plan to travel to that mountain in Nov. We plan to take a flight to Shenyang airport. Can anyone advise us how to travel from Shenyang airport to that mountain. Do we need a local guide (how much does it cost?) for Tiangchi.

From SY, you can take a flight to reach CBS Airport and then hire a local taxi to take you to reach West Slope in about 10 to 20 minutes.
It is suggested to hire a local guide to the Tianchi, but to be honest, I do not clear about the price, because I joined a local tour to travel there.
