About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

did i eligible apply visa on arrival(VOA)when reach SHENZHEN custom?

I'm malaysian, i going plan flying from singapore to HKG then towards to shenzhen,
can i apply VOA or should i apply in advance?

You need to apply for a Chinese visa in advance. If you are living in Singapore, you can get it done through CVASC there.
