my order keeps saying pvg for the last 8 weeks can you help RB246228571CN

8 weeks now iv been waiting for my order the seller is no help so can someone help me please

But I can also just find the information on Apr. 30, when your package was in Shanghai. It is a little strange that no information is updated for such a long time. I suggest you call 11185 to consul China Post to confirm your parcel is normal.

You need to add 86 before 11185 to dail.
