Ox female dog male acting distant but keeps around

Hi. I am seeing a male, dog sign 1994. I am an ox, 1985, but he is acting with distance and meet me rarely, but when together he is so sweet and attentive. I wonder if this relationship will have chances to progress?

He either doesn’t trust you or you’re doing something that is pissing him off and he’s just too kind to let you go. I’m a dog as well and that’s what we do.
