About:Lhasa Weather
During which months of the year can we expect temp of minus 1C or lower, at 06:00 a.m., in Lhasa?
Sorry to be so specific but I want to calculate take off performance for my Cessna Citation Mustang CE-510 in case of engine failure on take off and I must have temperature of minus 1C or lower to be within limits for safe flight.
