What do I do after I complete the Visa Applilcation Form?

I am Canadian and want to visit China in 2014. What do I do with the Application Form once it is completed? Where do I mail it? What needs to be included? How much is it?

Hi, if you plan to visit in 2014, it is too early to apply now. May I know where you reside please? so that I can tell you where your application should be lodged into.

You need to submit application to CVASC in Toronto. Address: Suite 1501, 393 University AVE., Toronto, ON M5G1E6, Canada
I have visited there once. You are suggested to read CVASC's website for detailed procedure and requirements if you want to apply by post.
