About:Chinese Embassy in Costa Rica

Nicaragua Citizen can go to other country ( for example Malaysia ) and there apply for China Visa?

can Nicaragua Citizen go to other country ( for example Malaysia or one Europe country ) and there apply for to both mainland and honkong in there ( not in Costarica )? is this possible for first time apply for Multiple Entries for 1 Year or 2 Year?

Hi, the fact is that it is very diffucult to apply in a third country because almost every embassy only accept applications from their residents. So, if you are only a short time visitor/tourist to those above countries, it is not suggested to take a risk.

It is impossible to get a multiple entry if you apply for the first time to mainland PRC.
