For Visa application is the actual ticket required or proof of reservation?

My wife and I will be traveling to Beijing in August and we have confirmed flights and seats, but we will not print e-tickets until at the airport. Does the airline confirmation email serve as proof of flights? (We will have hotel confirmation as well.)

Hi, proof of reservation is enough for application. The printout confirmation is acceptable.
